About Gerald Irish

I have lived in Champlain Heights on the Saint John East side for almost 14 years. My Wife Lana and I have two kids, who have enjoyed living and growing up in this Awesome community! My kids have used the park across the street for many years of outdoor fun, including learning how to ride a bike! They both study at UNBSJ currently and are part of the community. My Wife works for Social Development for NB, and we call East Saint John our Home!

I have worked for Xerox for 7 years, the last 2 years I have worked as a Virtual Production Specialist for Xerox in the Agent Business Partner Channel for the Northeast USA. I Support Business Partners who are authorized dealers of Xerox Equipment and supplies. I help solve business problems, Educate Partners on selling techniques, new equipment and how to improve their business. I work within our company to help our partners better perform and enjoy working with an outstanding team and great Agent Partners.

I work with several associations that allow me to help create community, spread the word on Sustainability in business and keep a focus on our environment.

I am a strong believer that the environment faces crisis and I want to be able to help create and action a solution.

I am a strong believer that we need to use sustainable business practices that include NON-Market Housing, Healthcare, and food security where we can help create better policy for a better Food Future!

I am a strong believer in developing communities that are self-sufficient where people can feel safe and healthy where they live and work!

I am a strong believer in social justice and Equality for all persons in New Brunswick.

My Free time is full of Family activities, home building projects, reading, and boating. My dad and I maintain a 45 ft schooner that he built by hand. We sail on the Saint John River.
