FREDERICTON - Today in the Legislative Assembly, Green Party Leader David Coon presented a motion calling on the government to revive the long-dormant New Brunswick Transportation Authority to lead the implementation of a public transportation strategy – one which would include inter-city bus and regional rail services.

Saint John – Green Party leader David Coon is calling the provincial regulations that are forcing Saint Johners to shoulder 100 percent of the increased tax revenue needed by the City a gift to wealthy corporations. Coon and Green Finance Critic Kevin Arseneau were in Saint John this afternoon to announce the Green Party’s plan to enable Saint John to improve its financial situation.
