This will be hosted at a private location in Shediac, with the address shared directly with registered participants closer to the event.

We’ll provide BBQ items, and guests are invited to bring a side dish or snack to share in an informal potluck format.

Registration Fees

Standard Registration Fee ($49)

Our standard registration fee for 2026 is $49.  This is to keep our fees affordable (and to honour that there are 49 RDAs in NB).  As you can imagine, $49 per person is not sufficient to cover the cost of putting on an AGM, but we also do not wish to limit members’ ability to attend.

Low Barrier Fee ($20)

We are also offering what we call a low barrier rate of $20, which anyone is welcome to select, no questions asked.  If $20 creates a barrier for your participation, please reach out to the office and we will happily waive the fee.  (Unfortunately, this form doesn’t let us offer a free option, or we would just do that).

Supporter Rate ($98)

If you have the capacity to offset the costs of hosting the AGM, we encourage you to pay the Supporter Rate.  This helps us be able to offer a Low Barrier Rate and to waive registration fees as necessary.

Virtual Registration ($15)

We strongly encourage in-person attendance to take full advantage of the weekend experience. For members who are unable to travel, a limited virtual participation option will be available.  Virtual participation will only be offered for the business meetings component of the weekend (Saturday 10 - 5:30).

The Registration Deadline is Tuesday, June 2, 2026.
