Reflecting the values and vision of the first Green parties formed in Europe in the 1970s and 1980s, and more recently the global network of Green parties, the New Brunswick party is guided by a set of principles that define our vision of a sustainable New Brunswick.
We are a province of diverse communities - First Nations, Acadian, anglophone, new Canadians - united in the desire that our children and grandchildren will thrive in the face of global change. The Green Party believes the future is rooted in resilient, self-reliant communities, a renewed sense of citizenship, equal opportunities for all citizens, and an ecologically sustainable economy.
